I wonder if any programs use neteller for payouts? Or could anyone use them? Damn last time I used it was in 2004

i haven't found anyone yet. Should be no problems to set up payouts via neteller for a sponsor...

But I love the new look and feel.

Although I didn't mind the old brand, this one seems more... energetic.
