Password Traders Problems

Hey ya'll....
I've got a HUGE problem with Password traders... I'm getting RAPED on bandwidth. The problem is that my sites are using mod_authMysql, and most of the password programs dont seem to work... Does anyone know a pennywize style program that will work with authmysql?

HELP!

Do processors take any action against people who give their passes away?

Seems there could be something done to flag these fucking traders?

Try pennywize.com, I think they have something that works with mysql.

Processors dont mess with that, because alot of adult sites put their passwords on those trading sites, on purpose! :D

Fletch,
FYI
most of the passwords that are traded were not traded by the original purchaser. He/she usually has no idea that the password has been traded. The problem is when the subscriber uses a common user/pass and these combinations are tested on many sites.

and yes if you do find a pass that has been deliberately traded by the user ccbill will flag that cc# for inclusion in their scrub.

and yes proxypass will eliminate you problem hibbidiji.

cheers,
BV

For one thing, your system should be built to reject more than 1 connection with the same user/password at the same time from 2 IPs. Since these passwords are thrown to everyone, chances are that at least 2 people will attempt to log into the same one at the same time.

Also, how about some programming to detect when someone's user/pass is being used multiple times per day from different IPs. Hmmm.... do you really think the dude is travelling all over the world logging into your site? This should set off an alarm to check out the behaviour, if not bann it temporarily until it is resolved.

My :2 cents:
