What do you think about RAMBO...again.

Don't you think it's strange he did Rocky again and now Rambo?
Will you go see it?

First I thought he was way too old to play the role of Rocky, now Rambo all over again. Not sure, it could be good though.

The Rambo Trailer

Steve Awesome 01-07-2008 03:26 PM

I enjoyed ROCKY BALBOA. Good drama.

media 01-07-2008 03:29 PM

Oh christ... Please tell me this isn't so... It looks like it MIGHT be good.. but I think I will wait to see it as a rental...

Spudman 01-07-2008 03:31 PM

it'll probabily be ok, just another action film really, shouldn't think the plot with be award winning but it'll be entertaining :)

Imortyl Pussycat 01-07-2008 03:35 PM

i will pick it up on ppv for sure.

Jago Webcams 01-07-2008 03:51 PM

I can't miss a Rambo movie, the old ones were too good in my childhood :)

Compdoctor 01-07-2008 03:55 PM

I think I'd have to go see that, Rambo is action, and I like action

borked 01-07-2008 03:56 PM

Trailer looks like it was filmed in the 80s - fight scenes, effects and all that shit don't match current technologies. I think it will blow big time.

papill0n 01-07-2008 04:02 PM

Everyone loves rambo - it will be a hit :2 cents:

Xrated J 01-07-2008 04:14 PM

the previews look pretty good

SykkBoy 01-07-2008 04:20 PM

The trailer actually looks pretty good...
I'm not looking for character development or plot..I just want to see shit blown up real good...

Violetta 01-07-2008 04:23 PM

I never cared much for rocky, but RAMBO is a true hero!

Enemator 01-07-2008 04:41 PM

"Okay people, we need a good quote that everybody will copy"
-"How about: Live for nothing or die for something"
"Yeah, great!"

That's just stupid.

nico-t 01-07-2008 04:47 PM

i see they cut out the blood in this trailer... in the first trailer you see what this flick is really about, its gory as hell, and im definately gonna see it!

double post...

kacy 01-07-2008 04:54 PM

I am totally confused on this Rambo thing. Is the entire movie re-done or?
Because Stallon looks young to me in the trailer or am I wrong? I couldn't figure out if its all new or if they just "re-enhanced" the original for today's technology.

L-Pink 01-07-2008 04:59 PM

Looked like old scenes from his past movies. Then again I drink a lot.

aico 01-07-2008 05:00 PM

I'll wait for the unrated DVD, I bet it is bloody as hell.

Dirty F 01-07-2008 05:05 PM

For some reason he can get away with it i think. I mean some actors you really dont wanna see 20 years later but i wouldnt mind watching this flick.

TG Rebecca 01-07-2008 05:51 PM

i'm not sure what to think. i love rambo and rocky, but sometimes i just feel like they should leave good enough alone. :/

yeah because he's DEAD. He died 5 years ago.

PerrieBelle 01-08-2008 12:27 AM

Rocky Balboa ROCKED!!!
Seen an awesome trailer for the new Rambo... Looks incredibley gory!
Love it!

LiveDose 01-08-2008 12:28 AM

I would have to be very high and very drunk to sit through that.

Twisted Dave 01-08-2008 12:33 AM

I'll tell you now ... Rocky Balboa was dealt with perfectly. He wasn't made out to be a superhero. The idea was that he came out of retirement for that one last fight for himself. He didn't go in with the intention of winning. He went in with the intention of keeping on his feet. The film was fucking great. A brilliant end to a great series of movies.

Rambo is going to be a fucking mess of gore and violence. I'm definitely looking forward to it. I don't think he looks 'old' in these movies ... I mean ... my Grandad died at 69 years old and Sly isn't far off that age... and yet he is stacked, healthy, and just does not look his age!

Some people judge, but I bet Rambo will be a good movie. I think at this stage, Stallone is doing these films to close off chapters in these franchises, and not for quick cash. He doesn't need the money.

V_RocKs 01-08-2008 12:37 AM

First blood was awesome... #2 was good... Now it is getting lame.

Bojangles 01-08-2008 01:00 AM

Not a fan of the Rocky Balboa movie but I will see the new Rambo.

The Sultan Of Smut 01-08-2008 01:05 AM

Hopefully he doesn't help Bin Laden again like he did in part 3 :(

LOL, well I guess I really missed him then.

Semi-Retired-Dave 01-08-2008 01:34 AM

I think it will be good, he is closing chapters, I agree with that.
