Ccbill Referal Program Problems

Hey ppl,

Is everyone having problems with ccbill referral program sign ups?
I just opened a new site and signed in to promote myself. lol.
Then I did not get a confirmation email as a partner nor as a webmaster.
I had 5 guys sign up in the last 10 mins and they had the same problem.

I signed up to a few other websites that are handled by ccbill and the same thing happened.

Anyone have the same problem?

Smiley

well, if there is a problem, we would have to troubleshoot it.

ICQ me and I will get you support info to get your stuff straightened out

sounds like an email problem, though

I reported a similar problem, and while support was helpful, it is still happening. I stopped getting new affiliate emails quite a while ago.

Goth, how long ago?
I just signed up to your program btw, just to test to see if it was my problem only. It was not, since you obviously have shown otherwise. I did not get any email after signing up to your site and I am guessing you did not either.

Corvette, are you ccbill staff? Check this out. It is not good for our partners!

It is not just my account.

Also, what is the deal with merging accounts? We used to retrieve our info and then the NEW account would show up under one admin (the main account). Now we have to ask ccbill to do this for us?

Some ccbill staff know about this (after calling) and others do not (after a few calls)?

Any explanations, ideas, similar problems?

I am not riding ccbill, I have not had that many problems with them. I just want this FIXED!

yes, i work for CCBill. Now that we have been introduced...

On most CCBill referral programs, there is the option that 'If you already have an existing CCBill account, put in your account #, user/pass"

if you go that route, instead of a brand new clean signup, then we create a partner code associated with the site that you are signing up for, merge THAT partner ID into the one that you entered as your main ID for stats and the funds (so that rather than getting separate checks, all funds are split into your main account, so you get one check for ALL accounts)

if you have several different partner IDs and want them merged and the funds all split into your main account, email [email protected]. We will be sure to take care of it for you

If there is any issue on our end, we want to fix it as bad as you do...we just need to know what it is

ICQ me please

FYI, I just had the programmer?s test it out and there was an issue that is now fixed

smileygirls, if you notice that it still happening, let me know

Thanks for bringing it to our attention
