I need Marketing... Interested in new project?
 

We are looking for someone to help kick things to a new level in return for a percentage.

We have been running our site for 2 years. During the process we have had some setbacks and missteps that have knocked us back. We have managed to build up a pretty good amateur/MILF site. Unfortunately, revenues haven't grown in relation to the amount of content and work we have put into it. Our biggest obstacle to success has, of course, been traffic. I am not saying that there isn't room for improvement in other areas, and maybe that is why we haven't gotten big affiliates sending more traffic. What we need is someone with broader experience in the industry to see what needs to be done to make this happen. Obviously, their ability to network and bring new affiliates to the program is very important.

What we need is someone who is interested in taking on a project and being paid based on a percentage of new affiliates and traffic they bring to the table. Obviously, this is not a full time job, but could be very rewarding based on the results you achieve. We are willing to be creative in the arrangement in order make it worth the right person's time. you look like you got all the tools to make a good program but i think your design is lacking a little.

more towards the site's ...but te webmaster side could use some work aswell but i dont feel that is as important as good looking sites.

The site's just look dated but that is just my opinion and i have no access to your numbers to see if it is working for you guys or not :)

You need way more than marketing. Marketing is only as good as the product. No experienced marketer is going to bust their ass with an inferior product when there are tons out there that can be sold much more easily.
