UnifiedStats v2 - Overhauled and full of new features UNIQUE to unified
 

Couple of the quick questions: it's still free and you do not have to do anything other than to restart the application to upgrade. New users, head to unifiedstats.com to download a copy.

To make program requests/report issues, the app has new tools in which you can use to quickly submit them to us.

We are working very hard on this release and in getting the supported programs updated...please use the integrated tools to let us know about any issues you run into..and as always, thanks for using unified!

Regarding the new version, the entire interface has been overhauled and simplified...every task is considerably easier/smoother...and on top of this, we've added a bunch of new features unique to unified:

- stats can be uploaded to the web so you can view your stats from anywhere...web browsers, phones, ect

- integrated signup and hit monitoring. let unified help keep an eye on your network by setting up monitoring alerts which will alert you when defined thresholds aren't met. you can have the alerts emailed too.

- create custom groupings for programs.

- restarts are not required for updates. leave the application running and it will periodically check for and download program fixes. once downloaded, it will rescan updated programs automatically.

- accurately compare ratios with hit factors. we've added a new feature which allows you to basically scrub the hits being collected and apply what we call a hit factor to them so you can better compare ratios between programs. as we all know, hits are tracked in so many different ways between programs, it can be hard to compare program a to b in regards to ratios. with a little bit of testing (or sharing), you can now update a program's hit counts on the fly in the stats so it may better show you the numbers you need to see in order to compare ratios

I have a question. there are a few sponsors I use including topbucks and quickbucks that used to work fine in the program, but ever since those programs changed their stats reporting software it hasn't worked. Will it work now with this new version or is there something I need to do to get them to work again?

we will be rolling out program additions/updates constantly going forward. you can use the integrated request/report tools to let us know about any issues now and going forward. we will have these updated asap...thanks!

awesome, but when it comes down to it I think the most important thing that users of Unified Stats want is that affiliate program tracking actually works for all programs in your database and does it accurately. Without this one crucial functionality all the bells and whistles added to Unified Stats are pretty much worthless.

i agree, the mobile tracking is a great new feature, i'm already addicted to it.

i understand what you are saying about the updates...we wanted a solid base to work from going forward so a lot of the updates in version 2 are under the hood and make our job easier going forward.

please use the integrated tools to let us know about any requests/issues and we will be constantly pushing out updates for them.

leave unified running and it will automatically pick up the updates as we push them out...

is there an interface description about how a program can be integrated? or better: if i had a custom affiliate software what would i need to give you access to?

* Bug *

If the scan completes and there is an error checking a sponsor it doesnt complete the 'notify' option. It updates the totals, but no email/sound.

How do I create a custom view?

If you select Show Custom from the drop down, it hangs - then I cant pick another option.

I miss the old view of yesterday/today/tommorrow.

When I do a custom report between 2 dates, it always defaults to Dec 20, 2007 and not the current day like the old version.

Can you get CCbill client stats working right? Havent tried since a day or two ago, but wouldnt work for crap when I tried. Also I like to have 1 year of stats, and limits dont seem to allow that.. :Oh crap

Regarding the notifications after the failed scan...they are all started here on my end...ftp, email and sound. but i did note there was an issue with the sound notifications in some setups. we've pushed out an update, let me know if the clips don't play for you still. regarding the email, i would have to guess there's prob a setup/sending of the mail issue..but it does get fired off and I'm using it regularly in testing and in my live install.

The current update also fixes the custom report bug you mentioned. The custom dropdowns refer to custom programs and dates chosen from the reports tab.

yesterday/today/tomorrow is still there..under the default/show overview report. the only difference is we now don't display tomorrow until/if data exists for tomorrow.

we'll get to work on an instruction manual as we catch up on program updates/additions...there's a lot of new features in this version, we definitely need some notes for everyone.

added and updated...let me know if you have issues with either.

phasic, while it doesn't run on osx/iphone platforms...if you can run unified on a windows computer somewhere, you can upload the stats to the web and use any operating system/device with a browser to check your stats.

DanniCash is still broken

The sound notify is working in 2.7 :thumbsup The mail notify didnt come through. I sent a test one, so I know it works.

Being able to easily check stats from my cell is reason enough for me to give it a shot

Dawg, sorry for the issues...its working for me in each scenario i can think of to test it. In the status area (bottom left), does it say email notification sent at the end of the scan? The only time it wouldn't say this (though it would flash by) is if it's a scan that is scheduled to end with looking for program updates, in which case it would say program database is current. Let me know, and we'll look into getting some debug code in there.

I agree Justin...cool stuff, I'm already addicted to it. Right now it's pushing out the reports that are displayed in the app, but we're going to be adding reports designed for smaller browsers too.

can I report some not good things to be cleared?

I'm with vista on a bigger DPI than the normal (I have huge monitor :) ) and the right part with the program names is hided by the left part... I can't explain it and I'm too lazy for shot, but try to increase your DPI

regarding the resolution, what dpi are you at and I'll take a look and see what we can do. we haven't had any reports of issues like this recently...but i do seem to recall a while back there was one person having similar issues on a really high resolution monitor.

20" 1600x1200 120 DPI (the default windows is 96),
15.1" (the laptop's one) 1600x1200 120DPI

on both of them the same situation (it's HARD time to use it... actually I doubt I can use it seriously with such kind of error)

I hope u guys will fix the bugs and develop great software

we've pushed out updates for the following (most of them mentioned in the last few threads here)...keep in mind, the application will pick up the updates on it's own. you can either leave unified running and let it grab them, or restart if you choose.

also, it's going to rescan missed data on it's own after it picks up an update.

It looks like ccbill client client (program owners) was referred to above...I believe the ccbill affiliate option has been working ok. I haven't been notified of any issues with them and my test account is picking up data ok.

Any plans on bringing the message board back anytime soon? Or put up some kind of changelog on your site - would be nice to see which programs have been updated without having to search GFY for it.

We've just pushed out an update, adding a notification area directly inside of the application...it will house updates to the app, program fixes ect...it will also be utilized to pass along up to the minute notifications about promos, new sites ect...
