I knew there were plans for a movie, but there's also a television movie coming out next month.

KITT is going to be a Shelby GTR500KR Mustang and voiced by Will Arnett. Crazy.

David Hasslehoff needs to retire.

is david hasslehoff really gonna be in it?

The main character is Mike Tracer, Michael Knight's estranged son. The Hoff may make an appearance as Michael, though.

After transformers I will gladly go to see any movie based om something I loved as a kid. I will be first in line to see this movie with an afro and a pleather jacket.

That's what I said when I saw the commercials yesterday. Wonder how much Ford or Carroll Shelby paid for it to be a Mustang?

It's a made-for-TV movie. The actual movie isn't coming out til 2010.

Obviously Ford pulled out their wallets for this series .. personally think the mustang looks ghey ..

I know what is making it look real shitty, the fact that it has 2 spoilers on the back. Looks like some ricer kid went to town on it. Must have been a deal on at GiantWingsRUs.

Yep. This care is really ugly. The wings look stupid, and the black on black on black just don't suit this car some how.

the greatest part of knight rider as a kid was the FUCKING CAR, they have already ruined the memory

in all seriousness, I think using that car is going to ruin it BIG TIME, and might even cost them money in the end, I know I won't see it just for that reason, the car was one of the best things of the series as a kid

I will never forget going to Universal Studios as a kid and sitting in Kitt. I asked him where turbo boost was and he says "Right there in front of you." and I'm like where??? He got annoyed and said "Right THERE in front of you!" Like I'm supposed to know which of the 500 buttons it is. Kitt is so rude.
