I have one I use already that I wrote in php/mysql. I'm looking for a desktop version of the same thing.

This has nothing to do with emails. I work with domain data, lists, etc.

you had a look into Adobe AIR?

Real easy stuff, but one drawback is client has to install air on their desktop for the deployed apps to work
