From time to time, but we've picked up again the past few weeks due to a pregnancy.

i was doin the yoga up for a while, but lost steam with it after a couple months. really does limber you up. i just do a short exercise ball workout and some basic stretching every day or two now. the breathing techniques you learn are some amazing shit though. even if i never do any real yoga again, i'll never forget them, that's some valuable knowledge right there.....

that's part of my news year resolution :)

Yoga is great, I practice, but not regularly :)
|
yoga is very very good !!

Ashtanga is the one I like. No whale music or bells. It's a proper dripping with sweat workout if you get a good teacher.

Started about 3 months ago and loving it :)

is the ONLY kind of yoga I practice |
I did for the last year. A girl I know started teaching yogo and wanted me to sign up. I figured it would be a piece of cake. Wrong. I couldn't believe how hard it was. I really, really, liked it, though. It's something that takes a lot of time, patience, and practice to be proficient at.
Unfortunately, her horse fell on her back in September and pretty much crushed all the bones in her leg. She's still messed up and there was no one else to teach the class. I wanted to look somewhere else but I started bjj lessons in October. Two of the other girls from yoga are in my class and the flexibility factor has definitely helped us. |
