It's a shitty remake of the last shitty remakes that were shitty remakes of "the ring".

I'd rather finger my asshole after eating jalapenos than watch it.

:1orglaugh! Looks like a stinker indeed. I hope the remake of "The Eye" at least include a couple of Jessica Alba's nudes to make it worthwhile.

Hopefully they won't screw up a good horror movie with stupid gore.........when they did Dark water (eng) the whole story got screwed up and as a result it wasn't nearly as scary as the jap version........

Even the original was underwhelming, so I expect this one to really suck...
I'm a big fan of the Asian horror, but this one (the original) just came up a little short...especially with Takashi Miike behind the camera...so, I don't expect much from the remake...a DVD rental maybe, but likely a "nothing else on and it's on HBO" viewing

I've watched the original japanese movie of it few years back. It failed to meet my expectation and the story didn't make sense.
