Help! Business decision! Stupid Idead.
Ok. maybe a long read here.
I had a stupid idea years ago. Any reasonable person would think the idea was stupid. I had many things in place already from my other ventures so I could test this thing out by just building a few webpages. Finally, one bored weekend, I set it up. It actually made a few bucks and I laughed like hell. :1orglaugh But no way could this ever make any serious money so I left that shit alone. But despite leaving it alone for years it has continued to make money on a consistent basis. The money is nothing but it is always there. There is no way in hell that I can see that this thing will ever make any more money than it does, but am I wrong? Should I pour some money and serious effort into this thing just because it has been consistent over the years or should I just be happy that someone out there keeps finding this thing worth paying for? :1orglaugh |
Hold on, gotta look into my magic crystal ball... Magic crystal ball says "Give more details or I can't fucking help you!" Damn, bitch is rude today...
|
What keeps you from duplicating "this thing" a couple of thousand times?

Hard to say without details. But if it has proved you wrong once then usually that means its time to start putting in a little effort on it.
|
In a purely hypothetical way without any details, i'll say SURE!

You can do either that thing or the other thing, you know which one I'm talking about, which will give you more $$$ in the long run or it could be that it'll give you less $$$ in the long run in which case you should stick to doing the first thing.

I have done lots of things that made money and when I wanted them to grow I either had to invest money or time or both into them.
|
Sortie perhaps you should do a feasibility study.
