How to find employees
 

For all you guys out there who own an adult website.
How do you guys find your employee's.
I don't mean just models, but programmers, writers, photographers and all that stuff.
I just launched an Adult job board (adultexpertise.com (sorry for spamming:Oh crap)) and I'm kinda wondering if you guys would even use a site like mine.

So how does the professional adult webmasters find his minions now-a-days?

One of the factors you can look on is to see their previous work,(how successful he is on that job), experience is a plus.

having worked in a consulting / staffing agency previously theres really only 3 effective ways to find people, almost fully regardless of industry.
- networking / referrals
- job boards
- agencies

In answer to the question about minions, I think a lot of sourcing is done on boards like this and others.
