It really is pathetic being a content producer. The government makes you adhere to paperwork regulations and penalties second only to firearm dealers. The content itself is illegal to produce and sell at the whim of local as well as federal prosecutors. The only guideline being "we know obscenity when we see it"

Our finished content is stolen in volumes that easily qualify as felony theft. The dumping grounds for the stolen goods should fall under Ricco statutes of continuos criminal enterprises.

If I have a 40 year old woman appear to touch herself in a cropped photo this simulated act can put me in prison if my paperwork isn't in order. Meanwhile her 17 year old daughter can lick the ass of her friend, shit in a cup, and ............. on a site with stolen property that is exempt from porn guidelines because the owner didn't upload the content himself ... wtf?

Actually what I'm afraid is going to happen is something drastic. Some senator is going to say ... look at the porn everywhere on the net, some of it extreme, we need to crack down harder than we have because obviously our current laws aren't working.

And if you look at the tube sites with basically wide open members areas the current laws aren't working. There are more teens, more pissing, shitting, etc, absolutely no paperwork, no attempt to screen under 18 viewers ....

Those outside the industry who look to change it are moral nuts and dont understand it at all.
