Gallery uniques to signups
 

Crrently getting a ratio of gallery unique hits to signups ratio of 15000:1. Is this really how bad tgp/mgp movie traffic is ? What are your gallery hits to signup ratios ?

why worry about ratios, porn is supposed to be given away for free to the masses to make people happy, not to make you rich

I do worry because I have a bandwidth bill to pay :)

just rack up a huge bill with a different hosting company every month and never pay them. there are soo many you'll be able to keep your site online forever for free.

People will post othereise but it's not actually a bad ratio. Depends on your CTR but if it's 2% which is high for many on TGP galleries (1% or lower is not unusual) then that's a 1-300 ratio to sponsor which is actually pretty good.

1 in 15k is good. if you can't make money on 1 in 100k you need to look at your costs. i would say from talking to others 1 in 50k is about average and anything less then 1:25k you're doing something right.

1 in 50K is normal, so your ratio of 1: 15K is outstanding.

Maybe you should have a friend in the hosting business to hook you up with free hosting and bandwidth!:321GFY :thumbsup :321GFY :winkwink:

I'm asking about conversion ratios.. i just don't want to 'waste' traffic if I'm doing something wrong on the gallery layout side or tour. Bandwidth is managable.

Tipsy and Flying Iguana are right. That's an acceptable ratio. 1%-3% is about average on TGP & MGP.

I have seen it go up to 10% at times so you should still play with your gallery design and see if you can hit that mark.

10% is amazing.

I put this gallery up a day or so ago and it is converting at 1:35.

Do ratios really matter ? If att he end of the month you've made the amount of profit you were targeting, what else matters ?

Wow. TGPs really do suck.

What TGPs did you post it to? Or did you just mass post with like russian submitter or the like? 1:35 sounds outstanding, just curious.

That ratio is very bad indeed. You should either stop giving away free porn, or use a sponsor that converts TGP traffic offering free stuff, or redesign your galleries and use other TGPs for traffic.

Crazy stuff. I heard the hun takes a while to get listed, as well you have to pay some cash up front? How much? Wouldn't mind spending some money to make money.
