There's a Firefox plugin called Screenshot that's quick and easy for grabbing screencaps of webpages.

I'm on a Mac, and having been using an app called Slush. Do a search here. It's a GFYer's project.

I haven't used it in a while, but for Windows...Frame Shots is a great tool.
