Are prices jacked up in the domain market?
 

Tell me dear wizard of Oz how the heck do I sell my domains
fast and for what they are worth?

Maybe I meen, how do I get in contact with players with cash.

It seems to me that the market is loose like a dong 2 seconds after sex. I meen I can go out here and offer a good domain with typ-ins and see zero intrest. Like two years ago I took offers on Yeew.com (yeew and eww nasty) I didn't get one offer!

Is the prices jacked up by a few lucky and rich domain gurus or are domains really worth the prices the companies pay for them..

How do I get in contact with companies that buy domains and are willing to bid on them.

Heck, I'm not saying my domains are super hot but I get no fucking love anywhere I go.

Just want to figure out how this domain game works.

I find that asking for offers rarely works and posting your selling price usually does... if priced right. so, I would recommend posting a thread in the sell / buy forum with your domains and prices. The one's that do not sell, are over priced. happens all the time.

Sedo, the domain market is booming right now imo...prices are only going to get higher and higher.

They have been booming for the last 10 years according to the sales stats at DNjournal.com.

I'm sure some domains like Sex.com, Casino.com etc is worth their weight in gold but other domains who don't get many typ-ins. I don't think a good three letter LLL.com is worth $50,000 for example--jacked up prices!

Unless you are prepared to do domains full time.. your chances of getting top dollar are slim.

What names are you selling?

Prices are what people will pay for them. They aren't really thought of as a HUGE investment, unless they are single word/letter domains.

Are you telling me that i-just-regged-this-domain-to-flip-it.com isn't worth $500????
