TWISTED ILLUSTRATION HAS BEEN OFFLINE! We're back
 
Hey ... anyone who has tried to contact us via ICQ, MSN, Email etc ... we humbly apologise but our phone company fucked up big time. We had NO net access for over 10 days ... today, randomly, while changing some plug sockets, my internet appeared. I phoned the company and they don't even know why it came on because they did nothing to it apparently. But I didn't change anything. So I have NO idea why it suddently started working. Now I have to trawl through emails etc. I am going to get back to each and every client, potential client etc ... if we didn't lose any! I really can't apologise enough, and it's going to take some work to get back to you all. My phone does REAL basic internet, but not enough that I could use my webmail properly etc ... so this has really messed us up

Anyway, I just wanted to post this to explain so anyone who needed us, can rest assured, we'll get to you in the next day or so. Have a good new Year everyone, and we'll hopefully do some business in 2008!

I now have to go and file a complaint with the phone company! lol.

Poor breeders having teh internets dramas.

Just an FYI I've hired these guys to do a ton of work for me in the past, and they've always far exceeded my expectations.

They always go the extra mile, and are truly some of the most professional people I've dealt with in adult.

I don't perform analignus like this much on here, but these guys impress me.

Boy Alley, and AAK, thankyou so much ... that's great to hear :) This downtime has REALLY pissed me off ... worst thing is ... I just got off the phone and they phone company is saying I'm not due any compensation or even refunds, because apparently they don't offer a guarantee of up time! I'm sure a few hours I'd not complain ... 10 days?! They think that's acceptable. I wonder if they'll think me cancelling my payment this month and going with another service provider is acceptable?!
