New Model, starting a Solo Girl site, what shall I take care of?

Hi everybody, I'm working in the Adult Biz fulltime since s few years, and always felt that it would be a nice Idea to start my own paysite if I`d find the right girl for it. I have a huge experience in all tech stuff, starting from running freesites, SEO, TGPs and MGPs, Galleries, LinkLists, AVS etc. I'm also a Linux Admin, and programmer, so the tech stuff and marketing wouldn't be a problem.
The only problem would be that I have no experience in working with a Model. I've found one who contacted me because she wanted to start in Adult, and after some longer talks it seems to me that she's reasonable, mentally stable and doesn't have any strange expectations.

So as I know that there are more than enough weird problems with models all the time I wanted to ask for some advice, what needs to be taken care of? What weird things could happen, what's tips could you share. I'm thankfull for any advice :)

anything can happen with a model - you can only control what you do and i guess if you want a good relationship with her treat her with respect and fairness - doesn't mean she will reciprocate of course but improves the odds a little. you'll have to be an amateur psychologist a bit - each model is different and what works for one girl won't work for another.

how old is she?

unless you really think the girl/site is going to make you a lot of money i'd run as fast you can away from it

Yeah, I plan to give her a good chunk of the net income of the site to keep her happy, as I know that it would be a hassle if she'd change her mind in a year or so. I'll also make lot's of content upfront, just to be on the save side.
I'm doing pretty well in adult with what i actually do, or better said with the stuff I did in the past, and I have a solid monthly income. So I wouldn't do it for the money, and I can afford to loose the investments I'd have to make.

So I'm basically doing it for the experience, and if I make some coin on the side it would be even better. But as I see it chances are good to make a good chunk of money with her, as she's really good looking. So I'm willing to take the risk, I'm only trying to plan everything as good as possible upfront.

BTW, she's 23

Well first thing is first talk to a lawyer and get those contracts made up, if she is really concerned about her adult career she will get a lawyer to read it over, lawyers offer those 30 minute advice which is enough time for her to get someone to read over the contract and give her a heads up.

also it wouldn't hurt for her to get some experience doing webcam shows on sites like streamate, streamray etc. since she has none, that way you get an idea of how she can handle talking to possible members and build her fan club gradually.

and a shooting content schedule, I would say pile as many shoots as you can in the first 2 months to see if she is really ready for the work ahead.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I completely agree on the idea that you should pile up as many shoots as possible in the beginning. A regular appearance schedule is also a good idea. I made the mistake of paying for my model's apartment expenses and she went and did crazy shit like letting other people live there without telling me. I had to pay THEM to leave as she owed them money. Isn't that nice? So, even if you're fucking her, you'd better make sure you don't have her fuck you over as well. Not a pretty scene.
