What would be the best way to get traffic in to it? Like a few hundred hits a day... Link exchange??? Galleries??

Link exhanges would be good place to start, then after you have some, submit to SE for some SE traffic

I'm doing anywhere from 2 to 5 sales per week on a cams program and only have about 40 to 50 per day going to it, but once in a while I end up with 1 or even 0 sales, but not often.. figure last 52 weeks probably had 6 to 10 weeks with 0

If you go on the 101 @ the 405 @ 6:00PM PST on any given Friday, you'll find some traffic.

Or if you live in the Kansas City area, I would suggest the Grandview triangle at about the same time. There's some extra traffic for everyone to enjoy.
