Clearly there is a watermark on the pics "A Little Agency" so you cannot tell me the gallery designer actually believed these pics were just "uploaded by the members and I have no way of knowing that they were 1) copywrited and 2) of a model below the age of 18."

The watermark alone should have stopped you from using them since they were copywritten.
