Heh, they call them perverts. It is morally wrong to arrest someone for what nature programmed them and everyone else to do.

You can watch the video she puts her leg on his shoulder. This poor guy may loose his job.

everyone who doesn't whip out their penis gets busted for being gay

Ayla_SquareTurtle 12-28-2007 06:21 PM

from the article "Law enforcement officials say that such sting operations are an extremely effective means of lowering crime rates and stopping the criminally minded before they commit worse offenses."

WTF? It's not like this guy was going to suddenly turn into a rapist. She ASKED to see his dick. I understand that you aren't supposed to pull out your dick in public but damn... how is this NOT entrapment?

teksonline 12-28-2007 06:27 PM

its the same reason why they dont legalize marijuana...

MONEY

thousands of dollars for every arrest made... wether it be a joint in your car
or a hooker in the park, at the end of the day they get $2k out of all these victums

entrapment

DivaShane 12-28-2007 06:52 PM

I don't even know where to start with this story. I can't believe there would be any question about if this was entrapment.

"Chin explains that entrapment involves an officer cajoling and persuading someone who's resistant to the idea of committing a crime. "Just preying on a predisposition is not necessarily entrapment."

Ummm, she did ask him to show her his penis right? So in other words she persuaded him to whip it out. Seems like an open/shut case to me.

Me too. Fucking retarded.

The cops should be doing something more productive with their time, like, oh, I don't know, CATCHING FUCKING CRIMINALS perhaps.

Porno Dan 12-28-2007 07:02 PM

That is so entrapment in my eyes

Drake 12-28-2007 10:19 PM

Entrapment for sure.

neewwman 12-28-2007 11:00 PM

This is outrageous

I have never whipped my dick out in public and I am sure I never will.

In fact, the only circumstance under which I would be likely to whip it out is if a hot topless woman flirted with me, put her leg on my shoulder, and asked to see it.

tony286 12-28-2007 11:01 PM

The thing that makes it twice as crazy is the jury said guilty.

tg989 12-29-2007 12:12 AM

entrapment is the stupidest form of law enforcement. "the criminal-minded", lol.

if that happened more often there wouldn't be alot of guys left in the park, haha.

Socks 12-29-2007 12:32 AM

Is nobody asking the police why they're paying women to take off their clothes?
