Gas $3.75 gallon by summer.

Just watched the story on our six o'clock news. That's got to hurt a lot of people.

notoldschool 12-28-2007 04:21 PM

I dont know why. The president said our economy is good right now. Am I missing something?

tony286 12-28-2007 04:24 PM

3.75 where? because say if its 3.75 in GA it will be over 5 bucks in CA and NY.

Sosa 12-28-2007 04:26 PM

That's going to fucking suck big time for me since I drive a full size GMC Suburban and a 68 Buick GS, both of which are damn gas hogs

fuckingfuck 12-28-2007 04:35 PM

Maybe you people in America will discover something called public transport, which is not a bad thing. Get your big fat asses out of your gas-guzzling cars.

farkedup 12-28-2007 04:36 PM

07 civic hybrid driver here... I keep my '68 mustang in the garage except for weekends so bring it on!

In that case it's because of taxes or transportation costs.

Our prices are going up because? Fuck I don't know :Oh crap

BluMedia 12-28-2007 04:39 PM

I work at home so I really don't care lol.

We have that also, in the cities.

Welcome to the rest of the world... Vancouver's gas is $1.10 a litre right now for regular. That's $4.16 a gallon assuming a par dollar.

ADL Colin 12-28-2007 04:49 PM

God I hope so. XOM and COP!

Thank's for extrapolating that out the litre thing was making my eyes glaze over.

.

F-U-Jimmy 12-28-2007 04:54 PM

I think it hit more than $3.75 here in Del Mar CA a few weeks ago then went down to $3.45

DAVD 12-28-2007 05:26 PM

Crybabies. We're paying $8 per gallon here. I can't wait for the day it'll be $40/gallon, btw.

baddog 12-28-2007 05:50 PM

Cool, that means Sturgis will not be overcrowded with RV's. Guess I can go again.

OTerror 12-28-2007 06:07 PM

why not invest a couple thousand dollars now and buy gas and then resell it when summer comes around?

Ummm hate to break it to you, but I live in a shit hole in the wall. There's no such thing as public transport outside metro areas. My whole county only has 16,000 people and I'm surrounded by other counties of similar size. The nearest county large enough to have public transportation is about 65 miles away. This isn't Europe where some counties have several million people in an area 1/10 the size of most states.

hypedough 12-28-2007 09:27 PM

Already paying that, BTW.

Spunky 12-28-2007 09:38 PM
