as stated above your post aff and awe are just two of them ...and yes they have a debit card form mastercard

only thing that is really bad about them right now is if you dont use windows you cant sign up ..opera,firefox,safari all wont work on the signup form on a mac and they have said they are "trying" to fix it

Why isn't there a massive advertising campaign so the systems becomes a major payment option, like epassporte?

I remember Chio saying that his payment system was going to put Epassporte out of business.

Just so I can clarify, Payoneer is an independent company (we are not connected in any way with Chio). We provide prepaid MasterCards which are good in stores, online and can be used to draw money at ATMs.
Both AFF and AWE are using us as payment methods.
I hope that answers all the questions.
