Mental Health or Physical Health?

I quit smoking 14 days ago, no big deal, I don't believe in addiction I can quit whenever I want and don't have no urge to NEED to smoke..

However i find myself like totally bored.. like nothing to do..
I really feeling miserable and like grouchy cuz its like im just totally not use to having no time doing nothing.. Sit still and do what?

Whenever you have a second you grab a smoke right? Now I have all this time
and I feel useless, like i should be doing something... so I work more, and that get's old... then work is burnt out and you find yourself wasting time doing stupid shit not working... then I visit this stupid site more than ever... which I really have to get away from here, thats even more bad health! lol

So what the fuck, am I suppose to quit smoking for health reasons to live longer life, but and mentally feel like shit??... WTF do i do???, Do i go smoke and get my mental health back or live longer more miserably?
HEEEEEEEEELP

Wait.. isn't having all this free time a GOOD thing? You can like... learn an instrument or pull a few dumbells around instead.

its not that kidna free time though.. its like
you know the time when you go to a dentists or doctors appointment or something and your sitting in the waiting room.. thats the time it adds to your life... not good time

you'll get over that... just hang in there, and dont start again.

Do you work out? There are really hot girls to look at at the gyms lol :)

Read Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking". It explains very nicely why you shouldn't be feeling that way.

Well yeah but the doctor time sucks cause you don't have anything handy to do. I've a music keyboard here next to me that I abuse when I'm tired of working.

But god damn it, I totally know what you mean about doing stupid shit and not working. That's a totally different problem altogether for me. I seriously need to block all these forums and news sites. So much more work would get done.

The only doctor I see is a Chiropractor. Choose the mental health! Do it.

Chiropractors lol they are worst than adult webmasters

The time you used to spend smoking was also useless, you just felt like you were filling it with something because your hand was busy.

I'm sure you can find something to keep your hand busy... :P

Just teasing. I keep a "to do" list of all the things I need to be working on, all the tiny little things that need to be done right up to the huge projects I need to complete. Whenever I find myself feeling useless and with nothing to do, I look at that list and pick something to do.

Physical health affects mental health more than mental to physical health so better stop smoking and do something else to get rid of smoking and won't feel the same thing you do now... :)

just continue of what have you started. you quit smoking so better not do it again. there's a lot of things to do..look for it man, :thumbsup

You stopped smoking and that is great. A friend of mine recently lost her mother to lung cancer. You don't want that. If you feel restless go for a walk, work out at the gym, find something that will take your mind off of smoking.
