I tried to exercise today and ended up prolapsing my blubbercunt. Worst ever.

LAWDS MERCY!

I am basically a skeletal over the hill twink, bagged in a skin tote that's been way over treated with various moisturizers and creams that I attempt to convince people were actually made for men.

So today I tried to be one of those faggy gym bunnies for the first time.

Bad bad BAD BAD idea. BAAAD idea.

My everywhere hurts, I think I bruised and/or strained and/or flat out broke half of myself.

Worst evers on earth. I don't know how you breeders do it.

I really don't.

My partner thinks I need to hire a bull dyke to help train me so I don't hurt myself again, but I don't think so.

I'm satisfied being skeletal, at least I'm not a fatass.

Now I'm going to go soak my blubbercunt in my whirlpool tub and then eat some Cheetos.

One less fag in the gym. I wish more would follow. They make me sick, walking around like fairies, talking like fruitcakes, running around the changingroom naked thinking they own the place.

So in other words, you're tired of walking around the gym hard all the time?

Huh? Where exactly did you read that? If you are digusted by something you usually dont get a hardon from it.

I'm not sure if you're being serious but I'll assume you are.

You need to ease yourself in to it. I'm 34 and between running, weights and martial arts I train 4 hours a day 6 days a week. I didn't start off doing that all at once though. Getting a personal trainer, even if just for the first little while, really is an excellent idea.

There's things that you just can't learn watching people at the gym or reading magazines. Proper form is about the most important thing and you really need someone to show you how to do specific exercises. It's also a big help having a routine made for you that you can understand and works well for your body.

Remember, you don't have to look like a body builder. You'll sleep better, improve your health, lessen your risk for heart diseas and a host of other benefits just by following a reasonable work out schedule.

I went to the gym for the first time in god knows how long today too. I feel like jello and I'm going to wake up in the morning and do it again. Ughhh.
