I need a way to edit WMZs and MPGs
 

Is there a FREE and simple tool that will let me clip part of a file off and lower its quality and size to lower the file size?

Oh, you mean cut out the watermark and lower the resolution to put up on your tube site so you can have cheap bandwidths without giving credit and propogate the "Free Porn" industry issue?

VirtualDub http://www.virtualdub.org/ in conjunction with some of the various plugins available will do the job in one or two steps. But what is your time worth? Unless you value a few dollars more than your precious time, or you really love learning new software, by the time you figure this powerful freeware app out for the first time and mess around with the various plug-ins and settings you may as well purchase a decent shareware app like VideoCharge and just get it done faster.

No dick, i mean I think twistys video galleries are more free porn than I want to give my surfers and they don't let you hotlink directly to one of the videos in the gallery so I have to host it myself.

i built an online tool that will grab external video urls and convert them into almost any format, it doesnt do set clipping but you could do that if you wanted

virtualdub or virtualdub mod......if you want a fool-proof app u could even use windows movie maker........for a good solution I'd say Sony Vegas 8
