As much as I hate those types of sites one they establish ISPs have an obligation or right to block certian sites then you know damn well that porn will be next on the list.

Porn is protected under the 1st amendment wheras torrents are not :2 cents:

Would be more difficult for them to accomplish it.

First of all the first amendment applies to the GOVERNMENT not businesses. So if a ISP wanted to block porn it can and there nothing anyone can do about it.

Nobody is going to block P2P protocols. There may be a lot of piracy over it right now, but it would also kill off Joost and several other legit video services that use bit torrent technology to deliver content.

Exactly. It's the slippery slope. Once you get it started. You are not sure where it will stop.
