epass having probs?
 

everytime i hit the onli8ne statement it logs me out, starts to get onto my nerves. Anyone else experiencing it, i tried to get someone on the phone but that proved to be the hardest thing during the holidays ;)

It logs me out as well.

Also ever sicne they changed the login it keeps asking my security questions then says "Would you like to authorize this computer so that you do not have to answer your security question the next time you login?" I say YES and it still asks me my fucking security question. Don't expect anything to get done until the 3rd.
