Sponsors: Look for Keith Kimmel in your DB

You might want to consider terming any account that belongs to Keith Kimmel. I think his recent stupidity in regards to the NATS issue speaks volumes to his character. Should you have any sort of accident or any type of issue this guy will turn on you and try to blow the issue up to be even worse with nothing but lies and speculation.

Save yourself any potential headache, term minusonebit now.

Bro Media - BANNED FOR LIFE 12-25-2007 11:29 AM

I endorse this thread.

No shit. If every sponser was smart they would delete his accounts. I highly doubt he has any though and if he does Im sure hes never met a payout.

Dirty F 12-25-2007 11:30 AM

I agree. That guy might try to sue you for...well anything he could possibly sue you for. Its a fucking leech who purpose in this life is take other peoples money.

WarChild 12-25-2007 11:30 AM

It's really in your own interest in the long term.

Don't worry about losing the one or two clicks he sends you per month, list your sponsor here if you termed him and I'll more than replace his traffic.

dig420 12-25-2007 11:31 AM

oh hell yes. Waaaaay more trouble than he's worth to anyone.

notoldschool 12-25-2007 11:33 AM

Dont forget he is a thief as well. This guy is bad news.

Didnt John threaten legal first or am I remembering it wrong?

John never threatened to sue him, he threatened to so send a C&D letter when minusonebit started making false accusations. I mean, how could that idiot POSSIBLY know what John's intentions were? He stumbled in to the problem, threw his hands in the air and started screaming about John being "crooked", "incompetent", etc etc.

So all the legal talk aside, right at the begining of this issue the guy was fighting hard to get himself involved front and center with something that really was quite removed from if a part of at all.

God forbid a sponsor that he's signed up to should have something happen that minusonebit doesn't understand and he start up on that sponsor too.

Save yourself the trouble, term him long before.

I don't 100% agree with all that's been going on but in this country we have something called Freedom of Speech.

First off, freedom of speech only guarantees you will not be censored by the goverment. You're still accountable for your actions and it does't apply in private situations. For example, you have no "freedom of speech" in my house, period.

I get where you're coming from and I do agree that in most cases people should be free to speak their mind. However, this guy's completely misleading people. He's jumping to conclusions he couldn't possibly support like in regards to John's actions over the passed few months.

The pattern is very clear, as soon as something comes out he jumps on it hoping to be a crusader and get the spotlight for himself. It's predatory behavior and he's done it to Epassporte, TMM and god knows who else.

It only makes sense at this point for sponsors to protect themselves from the possible headache and term his accounts now. I'm sure one look at the revenue generated makes the decision even easier.

says the jackass Bush supporter. Remember 'Watch what you say'?

How can you people be so wrong about any possible situation? Freedom of speech, yes. Freedom to call a business owner crooked and a thief in a public forum, no.

A private business may do business with whomever they choose. No affiliate program is obligated to keep a trouble maker around.

Eh yeah, or you just wake up and consider my post as a joke and just don't respond.

TheDoc 12-26-2007 07:56 AM

All clean, He doesn't have accounts on any programs related/working with me. He could be my largest webmaster and I would have smoked his account without a second thought.
