Tonight me and a friend went to Hollywood to hang at a cool bar and it got late and didn't want to drink and drive so we went to a strip club here in LA on sunset, forgot the name to get some non alcohol drinks before driving home . Man there were some hot ass girls in this place. Every girl in the place came and tried to get us to pay for lap dances and we just tried to make small take with them. We told them right off the bat we were not interested but if they wanted to sit and chat thats cool. So we played this game with about 15 girls, about 5 sat down and talked to us. Out of the 5 there was about 3 that were just smoking hot. I would have gave them a 8-9 from 1 to 10. Me or my friend which is a male performer also would tell them in a nice way the run down on what we do for a living. Every single girl went how much do the girls get paid? We said 5 to 10 grand a week depending on what they will do and how hot they are. Every girl said ewww thats not enough money, I would never do that for that little of money. I make a grand a night dancing or more. Man no wonder it is getting harder and harder to get girls to work in porn. Anyone else notice this? I have several stripper friends that do videos and that do not, the main thing is they make the money and are not plastered all over the net. It is not about how much they make all of the time, just cause we can pay them an extra grand a week they still will not go for it. The girls that make 7 bucks an hour are a lot better for videos I think.

Strippers usually wildly over exaggerate how much money they make. Anyway, there are so many hot girls who love porn nowadays getting in the biz, so no need to try talking strippers into making movies. I used to be a big strip club goer, and loved it. I even pulled a lot of girls out of clubs up in New Jersey, and Toronto back in the 90's and in South Florida earlier in this decade. But I don't have time anymore, and can no longer stand the cigarette smoke and booze atmosphere anyway.

You must be really new in this business if you think you can get a stripper to do porn. Even if they do say yes, which they won't, they will never show up.

Don't overstate your case now. If you are a legit name producer and you talk to the right girls in the right strip clubs, it is *very* possible to get some strippers to do porn for the first time and have them show up. I have recruited strippers many, many times in many clubs all over the eastern US and Canada over the years. It's just not easy though or worth wasting your time and money at strip clubs for the express purpose of recruiting however!

The strippers in my area have to pay the dj/house around 35 dollars a night and tip each bouncer 5-10 bucks each. The rest they keep. You would be surprised how many guys just pay them to sit and talk while they spew bullshit stories trying to get them to come home with them. If they are making 1000 a night in my town they are working after 2am though sucking and fucking. An avg night would be 200. 400 or more and they are happy but I have seen them leave with nothing after they pay the house and all.

Recruiting strippers in Hollywood on Sunset Blvd is probably a lot harder than anywhere else. All girls in Hollywood are very media savvy and if they are hot they have dated a few celebrities and seen the mansions and had a taste of the good life for a few moments. If you you want hot strippers you are better off recruiting from other areas and states. Go in when it's slow, right around the first of the month....lather rinse repeat

Yeah people underestimate how much a stripper can make really. The payment structure to the few strippers I have known personally were as follows.

If they show up to work between 6-8pm they only have to pay the house $100 as a tip out (along with tipping the bouncers which make them feel secure, walk them to their cars, bring them water etc)

Every hour after 8 their tip out fee increases by another $100. Obviously if you show up at 11pm its going to be much busier then at 6 so its unfair to the girls who have been there since opening to come in later and try to get a piece of the pie.

So if someone shows up at 12 and wants to leave a 3am its going to cost them $500 dollars tip-out for that night.

If the girls are serious and pull full shifts 6pm-2 am then those are the ones that can easily clear 1k a day thats only 6-7 dances an hour and whats an average song 2-3 minutes? Thats not counting tips just a standard cheapskate $20 lapdance.

If they get a guy to upgrade to a VIP room or champagne room they know they are bring in $300-400 minimum not counting tips for whatever time they spend up there.

Yeah. I have heard similar. Depends on the club though. The Vu around here, the girls have to tip out $300 per shift. So if they do not show, they still owe the house $300. So we get a lot of strippers contacting us to do a shoot or two and make them money to go back to work.

However, I prefer NOT to use strippers because they are a pain in the ass. We used some when we first started, but after the first year. I routinely pass on them. After about 6 months of being a stripper, they get into the 'games', and greedy aspects. Also thinking they are something special because greasy old fucks with a roll of $1 bills thinks they are the "hottest thing on earth".
