It can be A LOT of fun. You can also get pretty sick of it, but then again that goes for pretty much anything. I can personally stand cold easier than heat. I assume the opposite goes for you.

Snow pictures always look nice. The reality is though that it fucking sucks !

sand and snow are both nice. depends on where you were raised for most people - if you grow up in snow you are used to the bad parts of it and if you don't get used to it you move to Florida or Arizona.

It all depends on your definition of cold and hot. I am pretty spoiled here as we rarely have extremes in either direction. Colder than 40 or hotter than 90 and I am not very happy.

I think the seasons are highly overrated.

I went to the North End for breakfast and almost did not come home. If I had my chaps with me I would probably still be gone.

nice pictures but I have to say Christmas isnt the same without snow.

:1orglaugh Maybe for you. I was looking at the forecast and there are supposed to be showers on Christmas Day. That will piss me off as traditionally I go for a bike ride Christmas morning as there is no one on the streets and I can have the roads to myself after a month of heavy traffic.

Yeah, the temperature is about the same (maybe a couple degrees warmer this year (76).
