Firstly, in Aug of this year their accounting department accidently reclaims (formats hard drives) of my servers!!!

It was a long day of constant calling, sitting on hold, talking supervisers as they tried to get ahold of people in the datacenter and recover my server and files - they only were able to recover 1 of 3 because it was too late and I get this message from them:

Dear Customer,

It pains me to be the messenger for this news, but it appears accounting disconnected three of your servers by accident. When servers are disconnected, they go through an automated reclaim process that makes the servers available for provisioning again. I'm currently still investigating the status of these three servers. I'll update you as soon as more information becomes available. I do apologize for the extreme inconvenience this has probably caused you, and thank you for your patience. Please standby for an update shortly.

After this on the phone with their supervisors (either named "Donna" or "Mary" according to my notes ) I was told they would figure out a way to credit me.

Since then, I have messaged them over and over trying to figure out what they did, how long my credit would last, etc? Since this date in Aug I never heard back on the specifics of the credit, however my credit card has not been billed by them since then.

This morning I wakeup to a call from one of my sites advertisers that the server is down. Now i'm being old that TODAY THEY ACCIDENTALLY RECLAIMED AND FORMATTED THE ONLY REMAINING SEVER THEY DIDN'T SCREW UP ALREADY!!!

These people are the most disorganized, unprofessional jokes ive ever seen in the hosting industry. They seem to just pull wires and format clients harddrives without any kind of review of notes or tickets placed on the account.

NEVER use these guys. Current financial losses of this downtime are in the thousands of dollars.

I am also going to write to all the journalists with various magazines who review web hosts, this is unacceptable and no company that makes such serious errors repeatedly should be blacklisted.

My lawyer is reviewing all this information to see if I have a case against them for at least the amount of my losses in advertising income.
