Anyone good with converting video to flash files?

Hello,
I'm looking for help converting some video to flash so it retains the quality but at a reduced file size.
If you're available to help please icq me.

Sorenson Squeeze 4.5 with the ON2 VP6 codec is perhaps the best application for this, fyi.

Thanks Jim.
Do you use it?

VideoCharge is a pretty neat program but it has a few issues. Have they ever fixed it's problem with not being able to successfully auto-split up Quicktime files without recompression yet? It always crashes when you try no matter which Quicktime codec the original file is based on. I went back and forth on their support forum to try to get them to fix it a while ago but, to no avail. They admitted it wouldn't work from the samples I gave them and when I told them that no Quicktime files out of a half a dozen different frame sizes and codecs and compression levels could be split without recompression, they just told me to send them links of more samples of QT files that couldn't be split...

hm, i have never used videochage for qt, so can`t say if they have any current problems there. I agree that they overall has a few things that can be damn annoying. Such as going back to default settings each and every time. Also when you use the back buttom it deletes the settings you have just made. So pay attention or double the work lol.

But a really cool software at a good price, so i`m happy with it :)
