Actually sharp you are wrong , I got contacted by him a few days ago and replyed to him earlier today . I figured getting his ip and country would help bring some justice..

Some proxies will add an "X-Forwarded-For" or "Via" header that includes the IP(s) behind the proxy, but the default Apache config will not log this. It's unlikely you'll be able to find it out now.

you can test it out here by going into your browser settings , change your ip to the one he was/is using and port 3128

then visit this url

http://ytmnd.webspacemania.com/tracker/index.php

you will see your real ip instead of the proxy

Smokey, doesn't your code assume register globals are on? You should use $_SERVER["HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"] and $_SERVER["HTTP_VIA"]
