We're currently looking for reliable designers who are seeking consistent full-time work.

We need designers who have experience and a portfolio that can demonstrate the following skills:

? Logos
? Paysite Tour Design (Warning, Splash, Join, etc)
? Freesite Design (TGPS, Wordpress Themes, etc)
? Promo Tools (Banners, FPA/HPAs, Galleries, etc)
? Design utilizing CSS preferred, but not required.
? Proficiency in flash is preferred, but not required.
? Online portfolio and a minimum of 2 references to check for quality, speed and reliability REQUIRED.

All interested designers must be able to work independently with given specifications and be creative, with the ability to deliver on a reasonable deadline.

**WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OUTSOURCING COMPANIES.

We are seeking a full-time staff designer and will provide a competitive salary and long-term contract for the right individual. We have an existing design team, but our workload exceeds our current capabilities.

if i were you, i'll choose private designer, not a public one.

private = unknown, work only for limited clients thru referral
public = always posting on every board, had tons of clients

I agree 100%! We've already been contacted by numerous this morning! That's the beauty of GFY, there are tons of quality people lurking, but are just too busy to waste time posting.

Not to mention a thread like this shows how many people pay attention. Most of the people who posted their contact info here, never emailed, so they're out.
