using sponsor's tour content

one of my sponsor's tour page sucks. terrible design, so-so promo text, and even 1 broken link.
i emailed him about it but he ignores me.
so I built a nice page with content (images) I found on that tour page, hosted it on my domain and link from that page directly to the sponsor's join page.
do you see a problem with that ? is that unethical or even illegal in any way ?

and there's another thing: on his crappy tour there is a link to purchase a clips CD instead of membership which I believe a lot of the traffic I'm sending is choosing instead of the membership and I don't get credit for this CD.
so by linking directly to the join page I bypass that CD.

i think it's no problem if you sell only them from his tour pages..

I dont see any problem with making your own tour with content found on sponsors tour pages, as long as you are promoting that site only with the content used it`s fine.
i would say any affiliate that makes there own tour is a damn great one to have as it shows you are working hard at it.
And any sponsor that dosent get back to is no good either. there choice what they do or have on the tour. But also your choice if you want to accept it
:2 cents:

I have always try to get my affiliates what they want for promotion and will keep doing so. :)

As long as the sponsor gives you permission to do so it's fine.

Example: We run www.clubkiraeggers.com. It's in english. She's the most popular model in Denmark. So now we have bunch of affiliates who created Danish tours with our content. It works great!
