So I get this call from Brad Mitchell today.....
 

Apparently he received an email from a surfer who was trying to join one of my sites using 123bill.com and was getting some errors.

After informing me of the problem, Brad then contacted his tech to get with me and figure out what's up. <-------No sexual undertone intended.

Anyway, I've only had three companies contact me over the years to inform me of a problem and immediately offer a solution and that includes 123bill.

Wow thanks everyone, that's all in a days work :) If I didn't give great personal attention to every part of all my businesses I wouldn't sleep so well at night.

Keeping friends and clients like all of you so happy allows me to not spend any money on marketing (except the one ad here) and get a steady flow of referrals from satisfied customers, too, which is great because we can pile everything right into support and building our infrastructure :)

Now this is the kind of good business endorsement I'd like to see more of being posted instead of the usual "So and so ripped me off" crap you usually see here. You never hear enough about the good business practice going on out there. Only when someone fucks up do you hear about it, and then the thread goes eleventeen pages with three vestal virgins getting sacrificed.
