Need Your Opinions!
I am about 3 weeks away from moving into my new house. I have a large game room upstairs that I am going to be making my entertainment room. 57 inch tv and so on.
I am looking at different Surround Sound Systems right now. I don't want to spend a fortune, but I do want a good system. Lets hear your reviews and opinions on the what you guys think are the best systems out there. |
Check what Lane bought here

Unless the room is the proper shape and has the correct waffling, then just about ANY system will work. We have odd shaped rooms and got a system from the home shopping network for less than 200 dollars and it works fine.
We had tried out a friends custom system that was more than 3k and this one sounds the same with what we have to work with roomwise. The only thing you might need is a preamp and a better woofer than the cheapie systems have. Don't go by more $$ means better if you don't have the room for it. :thumbsup Oh and remember large woofers can and will pop the drywall nails out. lol The old man used screws on ours but the friend with the custom system bought his place and it was nailed. lmbo |
I am finding some good systems on that page from Polk, and Acustic Research also. I will have to do my due diligence.
