Suggest me a host with virtual hosting that will not be down everyday for a couple of minutes or hours or that will not be slow like hell every once in a while.

Do not suggest me dedicated servers. I don't need one.

He's dedicated - always available to help or answer questions.
He knows what he's doing.
Been with him for one year in October - haven't gone down yet.
He's very reliable.

I need a host that will give me 1+ gig HD space and around 40-50 gigs of monthly transfer..

The thing is, most of them offer good prices but only with 100mb-500mb diskspace..

Right now, the diskspace issue is a problem.. :(
