What do you look for in a sponsor program?
 

Is it all about the payouts or is there more to it? Personally I like a sponsor with tons of galleries and content for download.

One that screens affiliates before letting it all hang out for the surfers... and minimum 50% recurring lifetime payouts.

Micro-niches, because I generally don't do industrial porn.

Detailed stats showing Raw, Unq, 1st page, 2nd page, join page, sales with URL AND campaign tracking by site/tour. Geo-tracking breakouts would be a very good bonus also.

The ability to use campaign tracking codes without the jumping through all the BS bells & whistles that NATs make you do. Just let me add a code to the link instead of manually creating 100s of campaigns.

If you do a BYOT/BYOS make sure your CMS is populated with at least +5 selection groups.

Billing should be able to take money from anyone, anywhere if they want to spend it on porn.

Live/RSS updates on the tours showing the newest updates, or a webcam schedule, etc.

Try to show a copy of the members areas on the tours so the surfer can actually what is inside rather than some standard promo text like 1000000 pics & 250000 videos.

And for the people that use ccBill, please use the sub-accounts feature. If a sponsors ratios are 1:5000 I'm probable going to dump them, because I can't tell that there may be a good converting site doing 1:100 that gets lost in the overall.
