Looks like we will have another shithole for us to donate to in the near future to feel good about ourselves. When it comes to governance Africa and Africans are the joke of the world. Look at Zimbabwe, their president has essentially run the country into the ground, and yet the majority (and not out of fear) honestly still support him. You have to wonder if they seriously aren't missing something...

By the way if this is the guy I am thinking of, I saw him on the news not long back and he also went bankrupt at some point in the past. When asked about whether someone who can't maintain their own finances can manage the country, his response was hilarious, basically he said just cause he can't add up doesn't mean he can't do other things. lol
