These threads need to be bumped repeatedly and everyone should add this number to their blocked list. Not that it's gonna help for long, but I've done it after first attempt to scam me and haven't heard from the fucker since.

Even if you don't fall for it, pretend that you do and get his Epassporte account name. Post that here so Epass can shut him down, gather more information about him, etc.. assuming they're interested in that.
