I have to get my sleep patern back on track...
So I am staying awake for about 24 hours.

staying awake for 24 hours wont help, believe me, i've tried that, when you do finally goto sleep you crash so hard you sleep way longer then you want too causing you to just go back to the other pattern again
your best bet is to slowly start going to bed earlier and earlier till your body adjusts to it |
