A little advice if you have been scammed

If the deal sounds to good to be trued its probably a scam.

If you have been scammed by someone using ePassporte email me your UserID, his UserID and what happened.

So far I have received 2 complaints from Brujah (account were terminated but money were gone) and Godsmack (account blocked) we are still looking into it.

Paypal makes you confirm a bank account before even letting you access your cash. Perhaps Epass should look into similar methods. At least this way you can confirm a real address for anyone involved in criminal activity.

Maybe not all of the time, but it would sure cut down the scams.

Since you're here..
A sponsor sent me money on Saturday & here it is Monday & Epassporte is still sitting on the funds..

What's up with that?

Iron Fist 12-17-2007 08:48 PM

Yikes.... too many epass scams going on..

Pics Traffic 12-17-2007 08:51 PM

If you all knew how many PayPal scams were happening, you'd completely think again about slagging ePass. I have been fucked via PayPal before ... and when it happened to me, PayPal were on UK TV and were being investigated by the financial authorities here. And I then found about 5 friends who'd also been fucked via PayPal.

The ePass hate is totally stupid. Change your passwords, keep an eye on your accounts, and stop being so gullible! :)

:) Thanks.

b2p transfers are instant unless the business account sends the transfer via the Batch option then it can take up to 3 hours, if you have not received a transfer from your sponsor double check with them that it was sent, if it was the sponsor will need to contact us.

qxm 12-17-2007 09:48 PM

wow......good 2 know that epassporte is not run by bots ... I was starting to worry......

Brujah 12-17-2007 10:15 PM

Thanks for handling business. Maryam on the phone was very unhelpful, and didn't even want to know the account names involved, etc.

Violetta 12-18-2007 12:22 AM

thanks for that M

sometimes I see that money was sent (in the sponsor's webmasters area) but they appear in my epass account only 5-6 days later, happens with quite a few sponsors

V_RocKs 12-18-2007 02:53 AM

how about google the ICQ/Epassporte/Paypal info before submitting payment.

Use the original form of contact as a way to confirm the secondary contact.
