Depends - but I do know of some webmasters who will refuse to deal with a company based on the character or behavior of their reps. If they can hire a gfy idiot then doesn't say much for the companies ability to make a decision

True to a point. Sometimes companies don't realize how the industry works and that hiring an idiot won't help them. They think because this is where the industry goes to slam each other, business gets done here. In reality they'd be wise to hire a nobody, a former secretary with huge tits to go to shows get drunk and fuck pasty webmasters for traffic agreements.

Thats a good question. I know that as a host I wouldn't feel honest about having anyone flying me in their signature unless they were a satisfied client.
