Whats the best OTC pain medication?
 

I need something for pain - and only pain. I dont care about drugs aimed at stopping inflammation or relieving a cold..

Any ideas?

naproxen sodium 600mg = a perscription dose

3 generic pills = 1 dose

I've used 2 to 3 thousand mg a day for 10 yrs

Walgreens sells a store brand for about 12.00 for 200 pills

There's nothing better.

I like a mix of Ibuprofen and Aspirin.

I am amazed that no one has posted weed on here (even though it isn't OTC)

tylenol 2 is over the counter in canada....go get some asap

which is tylenol + codeine 10, 15, or 20mg, i forget

should knock out anything

I liked Orudis KT but can't seem to find it where I live anymore.

i love how the other 2 people posting ....both posted the anti inflammatory drugs naproxen & ibprofen.... lol....ahhh man

naproxen works its a muscle pain relieve med, make sure youre ok with it, it has some nasty side effects a lotta ppl are allergic to

ibuprofen is what id take, here its max 1600 mg a day but the US has different std

yeah you dont wanna take that together, way too much for your stomach as well

he said he didn't want an anti inflammatory which is all ibprofen is

so Tylenol would be your best bet (so long as its with codeine)

otherwise all OTC pain medications are worthless....unless your in mexico & grab some morphine OTC

A Canadian shouldn't even be asking this question. You have OTC codeine. Wish it was OTC in U.S./Mexico.

I wish. You can't get any narcotic pain killer OTC in Mexico. :(

ah didnt read that right

ibupr naproxen and diclofenac is what they use for that here but here they all put that under anti inflammatory, he prolly has stomach trouble

cant get tylenol here spose to be amazing

last time in NY I needed some stuff against blister, wasnt OTC, you guys have totally different standards then the EU ones, we dont have the high doses you guys have.
