              Is it that Moniker are hosting your DNS servers? If so, move that functionality to your host and/or a third party DNS service. The only thing you should need a registrar for is........registering domains

                                  All my domains with moniker are up and have been all day, but I've had a problem similar to yours in the past. Only once though.
