I need a geo script database with cities list
 

I am looking for either free or paid(for me to use on my server tho) geo database with cities list according to IP blocks, with "capitals" for a region/country (for example unknown loacation in UK would return "London", however unknown location in Wales would return "Cardiff")

Doesnt have to be 100% accurate however, I'd expect 80%+ accuracy for EU+US.

ones for the USA are easy to find if you search around. Free. But worldwide are a little more difficult.

Free version is 85% accurate.
