Who lives the better life (city people or country folks)?

pros and cons to both

I prefer the city but when i get older might move out to the country on a ranch or something

I prefer *a bit* outside the city, not countryside really..

Kind of like.. too busy IN the city and too calm out on the country, so it's a compromise :)

Simple answer is white folks :thumbsup

big city people IMO. I have lived both for probably an equal amount of years. The country seems to be best for people who have anxiety disorders. The ones who get nervous in big crowds. A lot of country folk are like that i've noticed.

The ones who have a house in the city, and in the country IHMO

I can't stand living in the country. It's pitch black at night, you have to drive to get to anything decent (restaurants, stores, clubs, etc), and the people aren't that great either.

I much prefer the years I spent in Miami.

beach city people

Yeah, kind of.. but slightly further out than that, not so much YuppieVille - up here we have many areas like what I mean outside the cities, with more neighbour-to-neighbour distance
but without having to drive for more than 10 minutes to get into the city core. :thumbsup

When I was down at the country for a few days it felt nice. I'd get bored after bit more though.

Probably the country,no stress as in traffic..I know I always blow a gasket when driving

Having done both, I think it's a grass is always greener mentality.

When you're in the city you're annoyed by the noise, the crowds, the pollution, the crime, the lack of privacy, etc.

When you're in the country you miss all of the conveniences, the entertainment and food choices available, etc.
