Waitress Has 'Scores' To Settle With Famed Club
Files Sex Harassment Lawsuit, Says She Felt 'Pimped'

Pablo Guzman NEW YORK (CBS) ― Sexual harassment at a strip club?

That's what a former Scores waitress is claiming and she's taking the owners to court.

When asked to describe her experience at the famed Manhattan gentleman's club, Vargas didn't mince words.

"Basically, pimped," she said.

Vargas, with her attorneys Les Levine, Parveen Husain and Matt Blit, is taking the unusual step of suing the strip club where she worked as a waitress for sexual harassment, because, she says, of incidents like these:

"Actually when I got pinned to the wall to get kissed, that was my breaking point," Vargas said. "And to be called a dumb Dominican ? I got touched inappropriately. If your supervisors and managers are the ones doing the wrongdoing, who do you have to turn to?"

Levine said a win in this case will have repercussions at strip clubs all over.

"We're unable to run back the clock and to make this not have happened," Levine said. "If the jury and the judge give us the verdict that we'll be looking for, it can serve as deterrent to Scores and to other facilities."

Vargas said what went on in the club left her little choice.

"This is my body. This is me. I have to protect myself," Vargas said.

A representative for Scores said they really could not comment because they had not yet read the legal documents. However, she said, Scores has a strong policy against sexual harassment.

Vargas worked at Scores for eight months last year. She says she finally quit on her birthday as a present to herself.

Was she expecting a work environment where she wouldn't be hit on by guys constantly? Its a strip club, a reasonable person would expect this. Before even opening this thread I could tell this would be a gold digger looking to get a cash settlement.
